Our Leadership Team
Rachel Hall
Rachel Hall is Co-Founder and President of Prospective Energy Solutions, Inc. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Bay Path University and has 10 years’ experience in quality and regulatory affairs in the medical device industry. Equipped with experience in leadership, strategy, quality assurance, statutory/regulatory compliance, supplier management, lean six sigma, and resource management, Rachel will lead the Prospective team through each of the organizations goals and milestones while making sure the day-to-day job is done right the first time.
Scott McCray
Scott McCray is Co-Founder and Vice President of Prospective Energy Solutions, Inc. His brings 20 years of experience in the insulation and HVAC industries and world class integrity unmatched by others in the field. He also has experience with the Mass Save program on numerous fronts: he has worked on Mass Save programs as an insulation technician and has worked for a lead vendor of the Mass Save program. He holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License, an EPA Refrigerant Certificate, BPI Envelope, Infiltration, and Building Analyst Certificates, a Crew Chief Certificate, and holds an oil burner’s license.
